I certify that the above information is true, accurate and correct and that I have the authority to complete this New Account Application Form. I understand the payment terms for all invoices are strictly 30 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with a representative from Turnstone Products. I agree that should we fail to make payment of monies by the due date then all monies owed to Turnstone Products shall immediately become due and payable and shall be paid within seven (7) days of the date of demand. I understand that any future orders and the supply of goods from Turnstone Products may cease until all outstanding monies owed have been paid in full.
